i use pale moon which has a built-in RSS reader. some more popular browsers like opera also have a news reader.
since there's no 4chan-x, it'd be nice to be able to subscribe to specific threads over RSS feed.
and probably entire boards, but I'd rather hit the site for that.
I've never used RSS myself, but I can look into it.
It's been added on a site-wide, board and thread level. Pre-existing threads wont get a feed until somebody posts in them.
>>12 Neat, it works, thanks!
Hopefully the board-level RSS feed won't get too noisy. On other board software, the board-level RSS feeds only contains OPs, not replies. I'm not requesting that behavior, just letting you know. 4chan is an example.
When I try to visit this site via the .onion address Tor Browser complains about the certificate not being valid for that domain. Trying to connect over HTTP or on a different port did not work, either.
The Tor browser is based on Firefox, and like all major browsers, if it encounters a self-signed certificate, it'll put a big scary warning. There's no real security risk to them though. Self-signed certificates are necessary for any site that's not on the clearnet to have https, and https is required for Brotli compression.
If you click "advanced" then "Accept the Risk and Continue", you should be able to access Sayachan.
>>7 TLS is not necessary for Tor hidden services, it's just a redundant layer of encryption on top of Tor.
It's best to just to have the torrc configured to a regular HTTP port.
How can we have a Saya no uta themed imageboard without /x/? Let's discuss. A serious investigation is needed immediately.
I don't believe in that stuff, but I guess I can add an occult board.
I nixed the /x/ board, because nothing of value ever COULD be posted there.
Could we have an /i/ board? Not for illegal hacks, but just for raiding friendly chans for fun and jokes <3
>>4 Raiding as a whole has been ruined in my opinion, and only serves to attract negative attention.
